I feel like the luckiest person right now. David Hill worked his hardest to find me a home that suited my needs and budget and he succeeded. He worked closely with the selling agent and kept me updated on a regular basis on the progress. Just when I started to worry about the progress I’d get an email or text telling me what information he had. When the bank was asking way more than what the house was worth, he did research and brought documentation to the bank and convinced them to come down on the price. David also worked closely with my loan agent and would pass on any information he had onto me. I just think how great it is that the loan agent, the selling agent, Fidelity Mutual and David Hill worked closely together making sure everything was going smoothly and keeping everyone in the loop as things progressed. I feel David was really watching out for my best interests the entire time. This was a short sale so it was a long and slow process, but well worth it. David is very knowledgeable about the whole short sale process. This really helped when in the middle of Escrow the sellers were considering backing out because they failed to do their homework on Short Sales, David met with them and filed them in on what they needed to know. And… here I am with a big beautiful… well soon to be beautiful home in a nice neighborhood in Paso Robles. Thank you very very much David Hill!
